We were appointed to design a new bespoke home at Ramside Park, Durham. The site is adjacent to the Ramside Hall Spa and Golf course and is one of 21 plots.
The house is designed around the specific family requirements and incorporates a triple height entrance hallway with helical staircase, galleried landings and a two storey glass wall looking onto a fantastic garden with a tiered, illuminated water feature.
The six bedrooms are very generous and incorporate ensuite bathrooms and dressing areas.
We achieved Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes which included thermal performance in excess of building regulations and a 25% CO2 reduction.
