The proposal involves the construction of 34 new residential dwellings on a landmark site in Sunderland. The development includes 20 four bedroom detached homes, 10 four bedroom townhouses and 4 two bedroom apartments. Seven of the new dwellings will be highly efficient eco-homes and part of Esh Developments new site specific housing designs. The proposal presents a high standard of housing design and this will be implemented using traditional materials in a contemporary manner.
