Beaumont is an open plan six bedroom house filled with natural light and open plan spaces. The house maximises daylight and views of the garden and woodland whilst responding to the shape of the plot to create a private garden protected by the house and the trees.
The material palette incorporates natural stone, render and slate with feature ‘blackened’ timber cladding to the side wing.
The dramatic entrance includes a three storey void and double height glass to flood the space with light and create interest when ascending the feature staircase.
At first floor level there is a balcony looking over the large garden which receives sunlight through angled timber louvres whilst protecting privacy.
